Eyrie Vineyards Dundee Hills Pinot Blanc

When Alsatian clones of Pinot blanc finally became available in Oregon, a small test plot was planted in Eyrie’s Sisters estate vineyard. The block was doubled in the late ‘90s but still yields only a limited production. Eyrie’s style is dry, medium-bodied and full-flavored and closely resembles Pinot blanc from Alsace. The wine undergoes natural temperature primary fermentation and full malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.   TastingNotesIn keeping with our hands-off winemaking style, this wine displays rich and broadly complex varietal aroma, clean and crisp flavors, and soft but bright texture.
