Brake Pads for Aluminum Calipers

High Performance Brake Pads are available for the D21 pad shape (C43 caliper), D22 (C42 caliper), & D31 (ST23 caliper). Pads are sold as an axle set unless a "split pad" setup is chosen from the drop down menu above. The "split pad" setup includes a #2 compound for (1) corner and a #0 low-friction compound for (1) corner. This is a common front pad setup for dirt cars and helps the car turn into the corner. The #0 Compound is perfect for low-torque applications. It delivers consistent, medium to low friction levels that increase as temperature rises. The pad offers exceptional fade resistance, release characteristics, and repeatable performance. The #2 Compound is ideal for medium to high horsepower applications that require a higher level of friction. This pad offers friction levels similar to the #4 Compound, but with a linear friction curve that improves with temperature rise.
