Jester Fountain Pen – Purpsicle

DAN'S NOTES ON THIS PARTICULAR PEN If you like a purple that pops, this might just be the Jester for you. It's bright in just the right way, the way that says you have a wild side somewhere between staying up past nine but not past eleven. The brass accents also bring a respectability to this one lest any casual onlookers talk about you behind your back. This one is matte, but if you'd like it can be textured with either our brushed or bark finishes. >>> THE STORY OF THE JESTER I think it’s prudent from the start to lay out my bias and say I like pocket pens. I mean I really like them. Something about the form of the short pen combined with the function of a full size pen when posted is an allure to me. Don’t get me wrong, full sized pens are great and I have many, but the reduced ratio of width to length in a pocket pen is something I find particularly charming.  The Jester name actually speaks to that.
