Artist:   Sir Peter Lely (British; Dutch, 1618-1680), painter and collector,  trained Haarlem under Grebber; to London by 1647. Court painter to Charles II between 1660/80. His famous collection of prints and drawings was sold after his death in 1681.Engraver: George Vertue (British, 1684-1756), engraver and historian of British art.Title: K. Charles II.
