Angelica Blue Juniper is a low-growing coniferous shrub with a wide spreading habit with arching branches.  The flat needle-like foliage is bright blue-green and darkens to bluish-purple in winter.  Best planted in full sun and well-drained soils.  Drought Tolerant once established.
