Divalent Ion Solution - Ca⁺⁺ and Mn⁺⁺ ,50X

This divalent ion solution contains Ca++ and Mn++, and is used for lectins Con A, Succ-Con A, SBA, GSL I, GSL I+II, GSL II, LCA/LCH, LTL, PHA E, PHA E+L, PHA L, PSA/PEA, SJA AND VVL/VVA. For these lectins, the presence of metal ions calcium and manganese is required for binding activity to occur. Divalent ions play key roles in lectin protein configuration and act as cofactors in many enzymatic reactions. This liquid solution has a concentration of 0.1 M.
