Custom Nail Design Request

This is a fully refundable deposit to submit your custom nail design request.   It starts with you receiving an email with instructions on how to submit your nail request.  Once I receive your request, I will send you an email within 24-48 business hours with a sample design.  If you like the design and the price, you will be charged the balance of creating the nail (minus $5).  If you don't like the design, you'll have a chance to submit one modification request.  If you still don't like it after that, then I will issue a refund for your $5 deposit.
