It's only the transfer that goes onto the shirt.We recommend using an actual heat press.HEAT PRESS SETTINGS:- 330 degrees- Prepress garment for 5 Seconds- Press Transfer for 15 seconds onto your garment, With medium/Heavy pressure. PLEASE Make sure there are no wrinkles in the garment you are pressing, as this will cause uneven pressure and will not work properly!-Once presses peel the clear film off.-Cover and re-press shirt for another 5-8 seconds**Use parchment paper or Teflon to cover your image***
