2 Pack - Extension Rod for GlideLok Child Safety Door Top Lock

These 12-inch companion rods help make the GlideLok easier to reach for taller doors / shorter adults.  You are purchasing a 2-pack so there is one rod on each side of the GlideLok. To attach the rods to your GlideLok: Use a #2 Phillips drill bit or screwdriver to remove the screws from the rods. Position your rod under the rod track on GlideLok Part C (the main sliding piece), and reattach the screw. Stop once the screw won't go any further, to avoid stripping it. The screw will NOT go down all the way, and that's intentional. You want some wiggle room so the rod will slide easily on the track. Now repeat with the second rod on the other side of GlideLok Part C.
