Tomato Jam

We make this jam with tomatoes from 24 Carrot Farm. A little sweet and a little savory, it's a perfect addition to a cheese and charcuterie board and a standout anywhere you might typically use ketchup.  Ginger Elizabeth jams are crafted with organic fruit from local farms and cooked in French copper jam pans, capturing each fruit's peak-of-the-season flavor in every jar! We do not add commercial pectin or gelatin to our jams. Made in very small batches with fruit harvested by local farmers; available while supplies last.
