Vazisubani Estate Estate Collection Mtsvane 2020, Dry White, Classic European Method, ABV 13.5% 750ml The grapes for this wine are estate grown on the Mukuzani PDO – Vazisubani Estate vineyard on the right bank slope of the famed Alazani River in the Kakheti region. Vines are planted at 1600-1800 feet elevation. Stony clay under topsoil with mild carbonate bedrock. Mtsvane ‘mitts-vawn-ee’ is a Georgia’s classic famed white. Viticulture is minimal intervention ‘lutte raisonnée’.
