50 U.S. State Shapes & Map

As designers we often times find ourselves in search of a good silhouette shape of our home state. The search is over, friends. This fifty-state set was illustrated by hand for good vintage feel that sets it apart. Each state was drawn to the exact same scale, which means that the state of Alaska features significantly more detail than say, Rhode Island, due to the inherent size differences of Alaska being huge and Rhode island being tiny. Each state in this set is included as its own individual file for quick ad easy access to the state file you need. An illustration of the continental united states as one illustration is also included. All of the states were drawn by hand in relative to scale to each other. As a result, the larger states have greater detail than the smaller states as the original illustrations were larger (compare the detail in the massive Alaska state to the the tiny and less-detailed Rhode Island state in the product previews).
