WARNKEN CO." of "WASHINGTON, N.J." (all found at primary slug-plate embossing at front - also...secondary embossing "THIS BOTTLE NOT TO BE SOLD" (at backside) and also embossed "244" at base), from circa the 1880's or 1890's (best educated guess), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES.
