This S.Georgios designer 18 Karat Gold reversible necklace is a combination of three diamond decorated crosses and a rope chain. Crosses are microscopically decorated in Byzantine style with granulation work and 0.48 carat Brilliant cut white diamonds on one side and with a unique velvet background finish on the other side. Crosses are connected with hand-knitted rope. We can also custom-make this stunning unique piece in White or Rose Gold, and with different color precious stones.
