APV Model R56-S Skid Mounted HTST System. APV Plate Heat Exchanger, Model R56-S, S/N 19268, 37H/109R/10C Type 304 stainless steel plates with paracril gaskets. (2) Connector terminals with 2-1/2 in. clamp conections. Size 4 Frame. Bell And Gosset Model Su-83-2 shell and tube hot water make up set with centrifugal hot water recirculation pump, air operated modulating steam valve, and steam trap. APV 6v2 centrifugal timing pump. Stainless steel PMO legal balance tank; welded 3 in. holder tube mounted on stainless steel stand. Tri-clover 2-1/2 in. CIP cleanable FDV, less control panel. All mounted on stainless steel skid. Duty to pasteurize 5,000 gph of cocktail mix with a temperature progression of 70-169-180-81-72 °F using 160 gpm of 183 °F hot water and 30 gpm of 20 °F, 30% propylene glycol.
