Goat anti-Chicken IgY(H+L)-HRP, 0.5mg/ml

Affinity purified antibody isolated from a pool of  serum from goats immunized with purified chicken  IgY was labeled with peroxidase by the periodate  methodof Nakane and Kawaoi. Store at 2-8℃ Specificity/Cross Reactivity Tested by gel diffusion and ELISA techniques as applicable. This product reacts specifically with chicken IgY and may recognize other immuno-globulin types that have light chains in common with IgG. Reactivity to IgG subclasses has not been tested. Antibodies to chicken IgY may cross-react with immunoglobulins of other avian species if common binding sites are shared.
