We ship out all orders in high quality photo mailers and heavyweight tubes to ensure the safety of each package.** We use USPS to ship out all orders. ONCE SHIPPED, orders WILL ARRIVE in 1-5 DAYS depending on your home’s proximity to our store. If available, we will also send an e-mail with the tracking number once the package has been shipped out. Our shipping charges accurately reflect our cost of shipping and materials. Please send pictures of the damage to the shipping envelope or tube as well as a picture of the damage to your print. In an effort to quickly process your orders, we print new orders right away.
