These suction cups create a vacuum seal against the skin, which can be released with the metal screw near the hand pump. The cup holds a powerful 10 setting reachargable bullet vibrator that can be removed and comes with a charging cable. The cup has very soft silicone tendrils inside for extra stilumation. There are 3 components you can use for control of the pumping experience: the plastic hand pump, the metal knob to control the strength and timing of suction, and the rubberized button on the bullet vibrator. Twisting the metal knob tight (clockwise) will make it hold suction longer for more continual/static suction, and loosening it (turning counter-clockwise) will make it hold less suction for more of a pumping action for dynamic stimulation.
