Sunday, 05/04/2025 10am-11:30am We invite you to a special sound bath, acupuncture, and plant medicine event designed to gently nurture your heart space. This immersive experience is designed to reconnect you with the wisdom of your heart, offering space to soften, receive, and restore. Erin McNeely with Sage Sounds will play a variety of instruments while Vikki Nestico from Grand Wellness places therapeutic needles on each participant to help tap into the body's healing potential. Aubrey with Gathered Botanicals will serve multiple herbal remedies to help support our bodies and heart. There will be a time for reflection, journaling, questions, and shopping. Dress cozy and get ready to relax! Please bring a yoga mat and any blanket or pillows you would like for support for our time on the floor.
