For our soufflé we used natural ingredients: fruit puree from tropical fruits, agar-agar, condensed milk made according to GOST standards, and Altai honey. Honey is introduced by cold method, which allows to preserve 100% of its beneficial properties. The soufflé is covered with real dark chocolate from the Belgian manufacturer Barry Callebaut.
