Chelone glabra - White Turtlehead

Has opposite lanced shaped leaves that are slightly toothed and a rich dark green in color. Likes a shady wet spot, often growing along on or in creeks. Has white flowers in the fall. Will form into a large clump when mature with many stalks and blooms per plant.
