Name: Blue Table Style: Table beer brewed with local blueberries ABV: 4.7% Description: Brewed with blueberries from Black River Blues (Rochester, WA). To pair well with being fruited we used an English two row barley varietal. A ancient purple barley from Skagit valley and a splash of Flaked oats for mouthfeel. This is not a sour, or smoothie beer. It is delicate crusher, fermented with a very historic yeast strain. Lovely light balanced floral notes pair with soft hoping and a smooth body.
