Beginning in 1935, the British government, taking into account the strengthening of Germany and Italy, as well as anticipating the outbreak of a major war in Europe, took a number of actions to strengthen its armed forces.       One of the steps was the program to increase the size of the Royal Air Force – RAF. The number of aviation was supposed to be doubled. Announcements calling for the RAF were published in all British newspapers.       A large number of aviation schools were organized, and the RAF even resorted to the help of civilian specialists. Specially hired pilots were recruited for initial pilot training   Kit Features: SCALE  :  1:32 TIME PERIOD  :  WW2 MARKINGS  :  DH.82A Tiqer Moth, No 3 Flight Training Squadron, RAF Grantham, 1938.  DH. 82А Tiger Moth, No 25 (Polish) EFTS, Summer 1944 MODEL SIZE (LENGTH X WIDTH)  :  228 x 280 mm BOX SIZE  :  410 x 260 x 55 mm NUMBER OF DETAILS  :  93+27 FIGURES COUNT  :  4
