Sungold Whole Grain Spelt Flour

Our whole grain flour from the Sungold varietal is stone milled and provides a volume and dense flour for doughs requiring more structure.  Whole grain flour includes the outer bran and provides a darker coloring, texture, and taste profile  as it contains all the germ and bran witching the flour.  Sungold Spelt is a modern cultivar that is excellent baking flour with a silky-smooth texture for a wide variety of uses.  A tasting profile with a sweet, honey, and nutty flavor.
