Ají Biquino / Biquinho Pepper

Ají Biquino - Los frutos se vuelven de verde muy pálido a amarillo. Las pequeñas frutas de 2-3cm de longitud se producen con un sabor afrutado y textura crujiente. Hay dos variedades primarias de pimientos de chile biquinho rojo y amarillo y ambos tipos son intercambiables compartiendo un sabor similar y perfil de especias.  ______________________________________________________________ Biquinho pepper - Fruits turn from very pale green to yellow. The small fruits 2-3cm in length are produced with a fruity flavour and crunchy texture.
