Our Organic Currant Granola is a rich, nutty, and fruity granola with a high nutrient profile to leave you with a deep sense of nourishment. Currants contain high amounts of iron, B vitamins, anthocyanins, and polyphenols present in their skin membranes as well as smaller ratios of sugars. Pumpkin seeds are related to cucumbers (Cucurbitaceous) and are a valued source of zinc and omega-3 fatty acids. Cinnamon has the highest anti-oxidant strength of all the food sources in nature.
