Organic Apricots

Apricots are one of the first stone fruits off the trees and herald the arrival of the spring and summer season. Golden to blush-red skin, juicy flesh, a distinctive flavor profile of sweetness balanced with tang, and a fragrant aroma make these golden globes of perfection a delight to the senses. At Frog Hollow Farm, we grow 13 varieties of organic apricots and apriums (a cross between an apricot and a plum), each with a unique flavor profile but all incredibly flavorful and succulent. Our apricot harvest typically runs from May into June. At Frog Hollow Farm, warm days, cool nights and Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta breezes allow each fruit to fully mature. The result is a tender and juicier apricot bursting with more intense flavor than your typical store-bought apricot. With this order you may get either Organic Apricots or Organic Apriums.
