Repair or Restringing Services

If your bracelet breaks (due to an issue with construction) within 14 days of receiving it, please contact me directly to arrange for a replacement. If your bracelet gets broken within 3 months/90 days of receiving it, you may send it back in for restringing. This charge is per bracelet that needs repair. Please message me at info@freyashaven.com before purchasing Repair/Restringing if you have lost more than 50% of the beads. I don't keep back-stock of all bead types and sizes as some are limited releases. It is your financial responsibility and at your own risk to ship the product back to Freya's Haven. You are encouraged to use an insured and trackable shipping service to do so. Return shipping is complimentary to get your bracelet(s) back to you. Once you purchase this service you will be emailed with return shipping instructions.
