The Purity Sessions - Session 3: Seeking Sexual Purity: Our Second Sexual Vulnerability

This third session explores a man’s second vulnerability, or what I call his “stealth vulnerability.” A man’s sexuality is uniquely tied to his emotions, and because of that, he often misses discovering the actual roots of his sexual sin. In short, he naturally assumes that his sexual sin is “sexual” at its root, and he beats himself over his own head for not being able to control his sexuality. But the fact is, sometimes a man’s sexual sin is not sexual at its root at all.  Few of us are aware of that truth, and until you are, you can easily keep falling again and again into sexual sin, even after you’ve got your eyes and mind locked down and defended from the lust and sensuality around you.
