Triumph 500 Unit Black Diamond Valve/Guide Kits

  Kibblewhite valves are the best you can get for your Triumph motorcycle. These forged stainless valves are specially impregnated which makes the stems incredibly hard and wear resistant. The reduced friction is also better than hard chrome or nickel plating. Nothing even comes close in terms of longevity. When used with bronze guides and properly installed and finished, much tighter tolerances than factory can be used successfully for quieter operation, less friction, and much longer service life. These intake valves are sized for the 1967-1974 Unit 500 heads. They may or may not fit earlier heads with the 1.430" intake valve, depending on the seat. This valve kit is for the 500cc Unit construction that uses a "non squish band" head.  The valve head sizes are 1.540" intake and 1.325" exhaust. The manganese bronze valve guides are .501" standard, with oversizes
