CONGO FLEX is a two-component polyurethane that can be used to produce hard elastomers with very high physical properties. CONGO FLEX is ideal for vines, trees, roots and even leaves that require a more “Life- Like” texture or feel. CONGO FLEX can be used for molds or sculpture reproductions. These materials contain no plasticizer and no mercury catalysts. It cures at room temperature. Mix the two components at a ratio of 2 to 1 by volume for about two minutes or until uniform. Scrape sides and bottom of mixing container. Keep containers tightly closed and store between 70 and 100F. Do not expose components to moisture. Use in a well ventilated area.
