Our Outside Waistband Pancake Style holster for the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO with the Streamlight TLR-7 Sub weapon-mounted light is vacuum-formed with a precision machined mold designed from a CAD model of the actual firearm and light combination. This holster is designed to fit the P365-XMACRO, P365-XMACRO COMP, and P365-XMACRO TACOPS with the 1913 version of the TLR-7 Sub.  For this holster to function correctly, you need the TLR-7 SUB 1913 Streamlight part number 69402 with the #1 key.  The holster will NOT retain the pistol without the light being mounted correctly.  This holster is compatible with the TLR-7 X Sub USB (part# 69407) and TLR-7 HL-X Sub (part# 69505) weapon-mounted light.
