Outside Waistband Holster is designed to fit the Sig Sauer P320 Carry, Compact, or M18 pistol with the Align Tactical Thumb Rest Takedown Lever installed on the firearm. The holster functions well with the Wilson Combat Carry Module. This holster works without the Align Tactical Thumb Rest Takedown Lever installed.
