We generously rub classic BBQ spices on Angus Beef Brisket before smoking it slowly over fragrant hardwood. After 10-12 hours, smoker-cooked meat develops a flavorful crust, becoming tender and full of flavorful juices. Sliced smoked Angus Beef Brisket on a potato bun and topped with BBQ sauce and cole slaw tastes like heaven, or you can stack it next to braised collard greens and homemade mac & cheese.
