Facing the Sun is based on Robin Pickens' "Towards the Sun" quilt. Model is stitched on 25 count Evenweave Vintage Cloth in Pebble by Sweigart. Stitched with COSMO flosses, 2 strands over 2. The stitched piece is framed in an Ikea RIBBA frame measuring 11 ¾" x 15 ¾". The mat within the frame was wrapped with Thatched Gray 48626-85 fabric from Moda Fabrics and coated with matte Mod Podge.
