Top spiral has worn through some of the paper. Some other wear around the spirals. An abrasion near the top corner of the front cover from the removal of a price sticker. A small rough tear on the leading edge of the back cover. Light soiling and wear on the covers. Some bumping to page corner tips. I found 4 or 5 small page bottom corner folds. No other previous owner markings. No tears to pages. Binding is tight as far as this kind of binding is concerned with no looseness to pages.
