Plaid Short Sleeve Black White 2 Layer FL Tulle Gown

A unique handmade dress that's perfect for holiday parties, birthdays, graduations, pageants, and photoshoots! Short sleeve bodice is made out of soft plaid fabric. A zipper can be found going down the back of the dress. Two straps of plaid can be found on each side of the waistline that can be tied into a bow at the bow. The dress is followed by a double layer of tulle that is lined with fishing line to give the bottom of it's skirt it's wavy texture.
