We've taken the heavy hitting, super reliable Borg Warner S400 series and severely improved it.We start with a genuine BW S400 CHRA and tear it down to basic components. We coat the bearing housing to reduce rust and corrosion. Then the thrust bearing is replaced with a 360 degree oversized pad for maximum thrust capacity. The journal bearings are also replaced with higher flowing oil ported versions to aid in keeping the bearings cool under heavy loads.
