Please inform your customer that routine polishing with a soft cloth are important to maintain the color and shine. These are purchased from a third party, and are intended to be tumbled to your desired finish or shine. We do not and cannot control the reflective nature or shine per blank. A small percentage of these blanks are likely to have minute scratches, finish discrepancies and can be removed with tumbling. These can also be used as examples to practice your craft, and we hope you factor this into your purchasing quantity. We do not warranty these items.
