45th Parallel 'Border' Bourbon

45th Parallel in New Richmond, WI releases their small-batch whiskey at four years of age, using traditional aging techniques and medium-charred Ozark White Oak barrels. The distillery doesn't do any blending in their very small-production whiskeys: this bourbon is distilled in their on-site pot alone, using only their grain. Notes of brown sugar, toffee, and wood, with a clean finish.
