YOUR RESERVATION DEPOSIT The 25% deposit required to confirm a reservation is fully refundable until 90 days before the start of the Immersion. If the deposit is made within 90 days of the start of sessions, it is fully refundable for a period of 24 hours, after which the deposit becomes part of the fees and subject to the cancellation terms. The 25% deposit required for Barcelona is US $1,983.25 (25% of Program Fee US $7,933.00) for single occupancy, and US $3,483.25 (25% of Program Fee US $13,933.00) for double occupancy. The 25% Barcelona deposit paid as part of an Online + On-site Immersion bundle is non-refundable and is valid for a year after purchase.
