Flowkooler high flow pump #1622 for Pontiacs with the 8 bolt pattern has significant design improvements to achieve higher flow rates for improved cooling.  Taller vanes bring the shrouding closer to the mating plate surface and additional precision machined vanes with a thinner wall provided a greater volume to the impeller's eye.  The incremental vanes are balanced and carve up the workload to conserve horsepower all while achieving greater flow rates, higher head pressure and a more efficient flow.
