1524 1994-2004 Land Rover Defender 90 Discovery water pump

If you own a Land Rover with a 3.9L, 4.0L, 4.2L or 4.6L engine then you have probably have heard all of the reasons they overheat. Some blame the steel liners shifting within the aluminum block.  Some blame combustion gases in the the coolant and/or the crankcase system.  Others point to micro-cracks in the block, porosity in the block and a myriad of other reasons.  One customer called us to say that he noticed the temperature rising at a low idle and he discovered our pumps as a possible solution.  Unfortunately we did not have an impeller for this pump but he has convinced us to develop a hi flow impeller to increase the coolant flow rates to help mitigate the temperatures.  Flowkooler High Flow pump impeller are CNC machined billet aluminum designed with an increased vane count and a reduced plate-to-impeller clearance.  It achieves greater flow rates, higher head pressure and a more efficient flow.
