Round PVC Concrete Floor Box with LRA-U Adapter Ring

The Lew Electric FBKIT is a round PVC floor box with (2) 3/4″ hubs, (2) 1″ hubs, (2) 3/4″ reducers, (4) 1/2″ reducers. It features a slot to make the box divided for power and data, not included but can be purchased as part number FBDIV. The outside diameter is 5", and the inside diameter is 4.5". The LRA-U adapter ring is included so you can install any 32 series cover. Please see installation instructions below: 1.Set floor box on level surface or secure to form with screws at the four pre-molded corner holes. 2.Solvent cement conduit into corresponding holes in box. 3.Pull wiring through into the floor box. 4.Attach concrete cover and seal vacant holes with cemented plugs provided. 5.Pour concrete to desired depth. 6.Remove and discard concrete cover.  Use a hand saw to cut box above the set concrete. 7.Attach cover assembly (see approved covers below) to included leveling ring (part # LRA-U) using screws provided with that cover.  Affix wiring in the box to the device (not provide
