Adamus Dry Gin (700mL)
A delicate and fruit-forward Gin from Portugal... In the old days, the production of fine, dry Gin was limited to the UK. But the modern drink enthusiast knows that great Gins are being made all over the world. So, let us introduce you to Adamus Gin — a hand crafted Gin launched in 2015 from the Bairrada region of Portugal. The packaging is incredibly unique as well with a decanter in a modern cubist design capped with a wedge of the cork Portugal is famous for. There are two distinguishing characteristics of Adamus Gin. The first is that it is not made from grains or classic starches. The base spirits are derived from Wine grapes grown in the Bairrada region of Portugal and the Baga region in Catalonia, Spain. This gives the Gin a delightful, fruity character. The second defining element is the wide array of infused botanicals — eighteen in total. The natural elements range from the floral to the citrus, and the spicy to the sweet and bring a savory complexity to the spirit.
