2022 Mountain Cuvee, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris Sonoma Mountain AVA. These grapes come from a collection of small hobby vineyards on Sobre Vista Road on Sonoma Mountain and co-fermented. Fully de-stemmed. Open top fermentation. Cap was lightly submerged once daily for one week then pressed. Aged in neutral oak barrels for 1 year.
