Kumusha Wines Wild Mutupo Pét-Nat – A naturally sparkling Chenin Blanc from Zimbabwean winemaker Tinashe Nyamudoka. Made using the méthode ancestrale, this pét-nat finishes fermentation in the bottle, creating fine, lively bubbles. The grapes come from dry-farmed, old-vine vineyards in South Africa’s Swartland region, are hand-harvested, and fermented with native yeasts. Unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur, it has vibrant notes of citrus, green apple, and tropical fruit, with a crisp, refreshing finish. A slight cloudiness is natural, adding to its character. Serve well-chilled and enjoy its bright, unpolished charm.
