This fresh and fruity Cabernet Franc from Touraine gets its name from the winemaker’s favorite cat—just like the feline, this wine keeps you on your toes! Made from organic, 50-year-old vines, this wine remains on it’s grape skins for 6 weeks, with elevage taking place in cement tanks to soften the wine. The result? An easy drinker, with a kick of character. Dark cherry, raspberry, undertones of graphite, and a touch of herbaceous green bell pepper.
