When choosing your quantity, you will want to match the total number to your number of attendees. *Minimum 10 required* Using our sourdough starter, Augustus, we handcraft generously sized fluffy flatbreads in 3 flavor options: Sausage and Pepperjack - pepper jack cheese and sausage mixed w/ white wine, cream and fresh herbs including thyme and oregano. Caprese - fresh mozzarella, salted tomatoes and basil pesto and finished with balsamic glaze. Mediterranean - spinach, feta, tomatoes and finished with lemon vinaigrette.
