Duckbill Valves

Aside from your flange size, duckbill valves are the most important part of the pump. They are responsible for the suction that pulls milk from your breasts and, without them, your pump doesn't work. While these valves look different from the original Spectra duckbill valves, they are compatible with the Spectra as well as the Philips Avent comfort breast pumps. To assemble, you insert these valves inside as opposed to fitting them over the hole in the bottom of the flange. These valves also have the pull tab for easy removal so that you don't damage them.
